Provincial Grand Committee
The Provincial Grand Master, all Past Provincial Grand Masters, the Commissioned Office-bearers, the Past Commissioned Office-bearers, the Senior Provincial Grand Warden, the Junior Provincial Grand Warden, the Provincial Grand Treasurer, the Provincial Grand Almoner, all other Elective Provincial Grand Office-bearers and the Masters of all Daughter Lodges within the Province.

Permits
The permission of the Provincial Grand Master is necessary for the following :-
- Memorial Service
- To wear Masonic Regalia at Funerals
- To wear Masonic Regalia outwith the Lodge
- To change the date, time or place of Regular Meetings
- To abandon Regular Meetings
- For Lodges from outwith the Province to confer Degrees within the Province
- For Lodges within the Province to confer Degrees outwith the Province
Requests to be addressed to Provincial Grand Secretary
Secretaries and Treasurers are reminded that the Annual Returns with the relative Fees should be In the hands of the Provincial Grand Secretary not later than 15th. December in terms of Provincial Grand Lodge Bye-Laws.
